Shipping & Delivery

Many products are fulfilled directly by independent suppliers through Shopify Collective or another authorized supplier-direct arrangement. Because different suppliers may use different warehouses and carriers, shipping can vary by item.

Shipping charges

Available shipping rates are calculated at checkout using the shipping options available for the products in your cart. The full shipping total is displayed before you complete payment.

Orders from more than one supplier

Important: products from different suppliers may ship separately. When an order contains products from multiple suppliers, shipping charges can be combined and the total may be higher than an order fulfilled by one supplier.

Separate shipments may also have different carriers, tracking numbers, and delivery dates.

Tracking

When tracking information becomes available from the supplier or carrier, it is synchronized to the order and may be sent through store notifications.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery times depend on supplier processing, carrier service, destination, weather, and other conditions outside the store's direct control. An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date unless the shipping service explicitly states otherwise.

Delivery restrictions

Shipping availability varies by supplier, destination, product size, and carrier. If checkout does not provide a valid shipping method for an item, delivery to that destination is not guaranteed.
